JSM Career Coaching expands its services with Behavioral Profiling
JSM Career Coaching has expanded its Career Development Services by offering Behavioral Analysis Profiling to job seekers internationally via the internet. Julie Mendez, CJSS, recently gained authorization to provide Behavioral Analysis Assessment materials, published by TTI Performance Systems, Ltd. The assessment materials are recognized by Behavioral Consultants, Hiring Authorities, Employment Specialists, Interview Coaches and Certified Professional Résumé Writers as a tool to identify and combine one’s unique inherent soft skills with acquired transferable skills, and to help one understand the communication do’s and don’ts based on how one’s specific behavioral patterns affect others. Clients can now learn what unique values his/her behavioral style brings to the workplace and will utilize that information to communicate to appropriate hiring authorities.
